1166 VTX (215 : 600)
The Kraftwerk 1166VTX is a meticulously crafted replica of the standard Marinair LO1166 output transformer, as found in the legendary Neve 1073. Developed over a full year and through more than 200 iterative builds, this version captures the sonic depth, midrange richness, and extended highs that define the original.
After comparing all modern replacements and clones, it became evident that none fully embodied the dimensional tone of the original. The 1166VTX was born to fill that gap — delivering a balance of heritage and modern refinement that no other current transformer has achieved.
